What data do we store?
- Email and name you provide during registration
- Information about care circles you create or participate in
- Visits, items, and notes you record
- Memos you add
Cookies and storage
- Essential cookies: Used to keep you signed in. No other cookies are used.
- No advertising or tracking cookies
- No data shared with third parties
Data encryption
- All communication is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS)
- Passwords are irreversibly hashed (bcrypt), no one can read them, not even the developer
- The following data is encrypted with AES-256 in the database:
- Items (names of needed items)
- Memos and descriptions
- Visit notes
- Member phone numbers
- Emergency contacts (phone numbers)
Where is data stored?
- Database: Supabase - server in Western Europe (Ireland, eu-west-1), within the European Economic Area (EEA)
- Hosting: Vercel - hosted on Edge network with primary servers in Europe
- No data is transferred outside the EEA
- Both service providers comply with GDPR requirements for handling personal data
Your rights
- You can delete your account and all data at any time
- Contact us at umonnun@umonnun.is if you want a copy of your data or wish to request deletion
